Each listing of our Rental Packages include; (30) day run time, (4) Photos, update your listing anytime, schedule open houses, the ability to create property flyer's with smartphone QR codes, create your own URL(FREE), HTML Classified Creator (so you can place your listing on classified websites), hit/visitor counter, google map listing, listing placed on a network of real estate web sites like Hotpads, Rent Jungle and more...., listing will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages and an ad will also be posted on Craigslist. 

Package Prices:

Below are the prices for **Self-Service Rental Listings.  You can select any of the packages and use them as needed. 
For example; if you choose to purchase the 6 pack, you can list one property for rent now, then two more later, and so on, or you can list all six at once.  The packages give you the flexiblity to use your listings how and when you would like so you can take advantage of the lower cost per listing by purchasing the larger package.  The unused listings will not expire!!

**Self-service means that you will create an account, fill out all the features of your property, write the descriptions of you property and take photos of your property and upload them to the website.  (If you would like us to take the photos of your property, you can choose the "0Photography Service Upgrade" below.)

Other Services:

"Showcase" Your Property - $25

Get more exposure for your property! This upgrade will display your property in the "Property Showcase" slide show on the home page.  Showcase listings are also displayed first in the search results pages.  Your listing will remain a "Showcase" Listing for 60 days or when you listing expires, whichever comes first.  This upgrade is renewable.

Photography Service Upgrade - $149 (Only available in in Clinton, Jackson, Scott Counties in Iowa and Whiteside, Carroll, and Rock Island Counties in Illinois)

If you have decided to do a Self-Service listing but are not sure if you have the right equipment to photograph your property to make it shine, this upgrade will take care of that.  We will schedule a time to meet you at the property you are listing; we will professionally photograph your property and then upload the photos to your listing for you.  This is for photography service only.  You will still be responsible for managing your listing including all descriptions.
