All of our FSBO listing packages include; (12) Photos, update your listing anytime, schedule open houses, the ability to create property flyer's with smartphone QR codes, add virtual tours, create your own URL(FREE), HTML Classified Creator (so you can place your listing on classified websites), hit/visitor counter, google map listing, listing placed on a network of real estate web sites like ByOwnerMLS.com, Oodle.com and dozens more...., listing will be posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages and an ad will also be posted on Craigslist (upon request).  A Full-Size metal framed yard sign will be provided with a refundable deposit.  (see "Full-Size Yard Sign" in the additional options for details)

  $75 - 30 Day FSBO Listing (Self-Service)            

$125 - 60 Day FSBO Listing (Self-Service)            

$175 - 90 Day FSBO Listing (Self-Service)            

$300 - 180 Day FSBO Listing (Self-Service)         

**Self-service means that you will create an account, fill out all the features of your property, write the descriptions of you property and take photos of your property and upload them to the website.  (If you would like some help with your listing, you choose one of the upgrades below.)

We will deliver the sign to your property within 2 business days of your listing activation or at the consultation if you choose the Full-Service Upgrade or Photo Upgrade.  This sign remains the property of GatewayFSBO.net and must be returned in its original condition when the listing expires or the home is sold, whichever occurs first. (Addition signs available with additional deposit)

Other Services:

"Showcase" Your Property - $25

Get more exposure for your property! This upgrade will display your property in the "Property Showcase" slide show on the home page.  Showcase listings are also displayed first in the search results pages.  Your listing will remain a "Showcase" listing for duration your property is listed on GatewayFSBO.net.

Full-Service Upgrade - $199 (Only available in in Clinton, Jackson, Scott Counties in Iowa and Whiteside, Carroll, and Rock Island Counties in Illinois)

If you would rather have us do the work for you, we can!  This fee covers the cost for us to come to your home for your listing consultation, photograph your property (generally we take between 80 to 120 photos depending on the size of your property), complete a comprehensive and detailed write up of your property including descriptions of each picture used in the listing and activate your listing on GatewayFSBO.net.

Photography Service Upgrade - $149 (Only available in in Clinton, Jackson, Scott Counties in Iowa and Whiteside, Carroll, and Rock Island Counties in Illinois)

If you have decided to do a Self-Service listing but are not sure if you have the right equipment to photograph your property to make it shine, this upgrade will take care of that.  We will schedule a time to meet you at the property you are listing; we will professionally photograph your property and then upload the photos to your listing for you.  This is for photography service only.  You will still be responsible for managing your listing including all descriptions.  If you would like us to manage your listing for you including doing all you descriptions, choose the Full-Service Upgrade instead.
