   2. We now offer the opportunity to list rental properties
   3. GatewayFSBO.net will upload every listing posted on our site onto other national websites to increase the visibility of every listing on GatewayFSBO.net. Some of these sites include; ByOwnerMLS.com, and Oodle.com just to name a couple.

Advertising Services:

All of our FSBO listing packages include: a detailed description of your property, the ability for you to create property flyer's, listing feeds to our syndicated websites, we will post your home on Craigslist (upon request), Twitter and Facebook, ability to put a QR code on your property flyer's, and the ability for you to post open houses for your property.

Basic Listings Include 12 Photos (The prices below are for you to list your own property on GatewayFSBO.net (Self-Service).  If you would like for us to list your property for you (Full-Service), please call or email us, or you can select the full-service upgrade once you have created your account)

30 Day FSBO Listing (Self-Service)            $75

Additional Options:

Full-Size Metal Yard Sign - $50 (Refundable Deposit) (Only available in Clinton, Jackson, Scott Counties in Iowa and Whiteside, Carroll, Rock Island Counties in Illinois) 

We will deliver the sign to your property within 2 business days of your listing activation or at the consultation if you choose the Full-Service Upgrade.  This sign remains the property of GatewayFSBO.net and must be returned in its original condition when the listing expires or the home is sold, whichever occurs first. (Addition signs available with additional deposit) We also have sign packages that can be purchased.  Please contact us if you need other signage options.

Full-Service Upgrade - $199 (Only available in in Clinton, Jackson, Scott Counties in Iowa and Whiteside, Carroll, and Rock Island Counties in Illinois)

If you would rather have us do the work for you, we can!  This fee covers the cost for us to come to your home for your listing consultation, photograph your property (generally we take between 80 to 120 photos depending on the size of your property), complete a comprehensive and detailed write up of your property including descriptions of each picture used in the listing and activate your listing on GatewayFSBO.net.
